You will not include in your profile any offensive anatomical or sexual references and you will not host any photos containing nudity. swayamwara.com has no obligation to publish any profile or photo that does not comply with these prohibitions.

You will not engage in advertising to / soliciting of other members to buy or sell any product or services through swayamwara.com.

Swayamwara.com reserves the right to modify your profile if any prohibitive or objectionable content is found, or in the case of your contact details being entered in irrelevant fields. Swayamwara.com may also modify the profile for other reasons not mentioned herewith and has the right to suspend your profile

The membership is deemed to have been entered into at Chennai, India and the laws of India will govern the membership.

Disputes

If there is any dispute about or involving Swayamwara.com and/or the Service, by using Swayamwara.com , you agree that the dispute will be governed by the laws of the State of Tamilnadu, India without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to personal jurisdiction by and venue in the state and central courts of Chennai, India.
