SAUTÉED MUSHROOM ‘N’ CAPSICUM

Mushroom (sliced)

Green chilly

Ginger garlic paste

Turmeric powder

Garam masala

Salt as required

Coriander leaves

Oil

      Heat oil in a frying pan. Add onion and fry till golden brown. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté till raw smell goes away. Add tomatoes, turmeric powder, green chillies and salt and cook for 3 minutes. Add mushroom and water. Simmer till done. Add capsicum and parboiled potatoes. Lower the heat. Cover and cook for 2 minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves.
 
     Serve as accompaniment with Nan or Parathas.
