25 Shrimps, deveined

Coriander powder

Ginger-garlic paste

Small onion paste

Juice of 1 lime

Coconut oil

Curry leaves

Mix all ingredients except oil, curryleaves, and half the quantity of
limejuice and marinate for 45 minutes.Take sufficient oil for shallow frying
in a pan. Cook the shrimp on both sides.Garnish with curry leaves and the
remaining lime juice.
